The Mexican government has announced new enrollment periods for the Bienestar Pension programs for Senior Citizens and the Women's Bienestar program. The registration process will be open from April 27 through May 3, 2026.
According to an official announcement from the 'Programas para el Bienestar' website, the specific dates for visiting registration centers will be determined by the first letter of the beneficiaries' first surname. This new two-month window will allow new participants to join based on the established age ranges.
To qualify for the Senior Citizens program, applicants must be 65 years of age or older. Meanwhile, the Women's Bienestar program is designed for women between the ages of 60 and 64.
Interested individuals must visit Bienestar registration modules, the locations of which can be found on the official website. These centers will be open from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
To complete the application, a valid official ID is required. Accepted forms of identification include a voter ID (INE), passport, military ID, professional license, INAPAM card, or identity card.
Additional required documentation includes a CURP and a recently printed birth certificate. Applicants must also provide proof of address and a contact telephone number.
If seniors require assistance, any accompanying representatives or helpers must also present their own official identification.
