Amanda Ungaro, a 41-year-old Brazilian former model, has issued a series of threats on X directed at Melania Trump, claiming she possesses information that could destroy the former First Lady's reputation.

The threats surfaced shortly before Melania Trump released a public statement denying any relationship with the late financier Jeffrey Epstein or knowledge of his crimes.

Ungaro, who was previously married to Italo-American businessman Paolo Zampolli, claimed in a series of posts that she has "nothing to lose" and intends to expose a "corrupt system."

Allegations of Epstein connections

In an interview with O Globo, Ungaro detailed her arrival in New York in 2002 via Epstein's private plane, known as the "Lolita Express." She stated that her former agent, Jean-Luc Brunel, introduced her to Epstein during the flight.

Ungaro described a scene where passengers appeared intimately connected to Epstein, noting that some women sat on his lap. She also recalled Ghislaine Maxwell reacting warmly to her Brazilian origins during the flight.

In her social media posts, Ungaro accused the former First Lady of being present in her life for decades, even mentioning Melania's involvement in her son's birthdays. "I will destroy your corrupt system, even if it is the last thing I do in my life," the posts attributed to Ungaro stated.

Zampolli, a close associate of the Trumps, has denied rumors that Epstein introduced the couple. According to The New York Times, the pair shared a close friendship, with Ungaro even delivering Christmas gifts to the Trumps' son at Mar-a-Lago.

Zampolli recently told Sky News that he is willing to testify before Congress to refute claims regarding the nature of his relationship with Epstein. He characterized the rumors as "complete nonsense."

Ungaro’s recent legal troubles include a June 2025 arrest in Florida alongside her husband, a Brazilian physician, on charges of fraud and practicing medicine without a license. Both have pleaded not guilty to the charges.
