The Chilean group The Geek Orchestra is set to present its production, “Mockingjay Symphony: The Music of The Hunger Games,” at the Municipal Theater of Viña del Mar. The event will take place on Saturday, April 18, at 7:00 PM, according to elmostrador.cl.

The concert will feature a cast of 40 performers, including professional musicians, choirs, and soloists dedicated to performing the most iconic compositions from the film franchise.

The production aims to provide an immersive experience that goes beyond just listening. A massive LED screen will project the most intense moments from the films throughout the two-hour show, as reported by elmostrador.cl.

A Journey Through the Saga

The performance will be conducted by Maestro José Aranda. The orchestra, which specializes in tributes to the “Geek World,” is working to achieve a level of fidelity that will move both book readers and film fans alike.

The selected repertoire covers the entire chronology of Suzanne Collins' saga. The musical program includes pieces ranging from the original film to the recent prequel, “The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes.”

The program will also feature soundtracks from “The Hunger Games: Catching Fire” and the final installments, “Mockingjay Part 1 and 2.” Tickets for the event are now available to the public.
