Chile's leading cinema chains have confirmed that a new edition of "Cinema Day" will take place on April 20, 21, and 22. The event will feature significant discounts across various screening formats.
Major companies including Cinépolis, Cinemark, Cineplanet, Muvix, and Cine Star are confirmed participants in this promotional event. According to company announcements, ticket prices for traditional 2D, 3D, Aera Dolby Atmos, and Play formats will be set at $2,000.
Discounts on Premium Formats
The promotion also extends to high-end cinematic experiences. Moviegoers can access special formats such as IMAX, 4DX, Prime, Premium, and MX4D for just $4,000. Additionally, the offer includes discounts on concessions at participating theaters.
Ticket sales will begin with a pre-sale launching a few days before the event. The Cinemark chain announced that its pre-sale process will begin on April 15.
Interested customers can purchase tickets through each theater's digital platforms or directly at the box office. However, these promotional prices will be valid exclusively for screenings scheduled for Monday, April 20, Tuesday, April 21, and Wednesday, April 22.
The availability of specific titles and showtimes will depend on each theater's programming and location throughout the country.
