Arena Ciudad de México is operated by Zignia, a subsidiary of the Grupo Avalanz corporate group, according to expansion.mx.

This business model integrates venue management, event promotion, and ticket sales under a single corporate structure. The complex remains a cornerstone of mass entertainment in the country.

Since its 2012 grand opening, headlined by a Luis Miguel concert, the venue has solidified its status as a premier destination in the capital.

Large-Scale Infrastructure

The complex has a maximum capacity of nearly 22,400 attendees, though this number can vary depending on the type of event and stage setup.

Spanning over 273,000 square meters, the construction is truly massive. Notably, the amount of steel used in its structure is approximately three times that used in the Eiffel Tower, as reported by expansion.mx.

The venue features 124 luxury suites spread across three levels, offering private access and exclusive services for guests.

In terms of technological capabilities, the arena features a central screen measuring 24 meters wide by 14 meters high. Additionally, it boasts two helipads, a rare feature for this type of venue.

Logistics for the site include 5,000 parking spaces. The complex also offers various food and beverage areas, including six kitchens and four bars, to serve the public during concerts and sporting events.
